Can I reserve a storage space online?
Absolutely. By clicking on our “Locations” page, you can select the location you prefer and complete an online reservation form. Your space will be instantly reserved and our store staff will respond promptly to your request to start a simple and fast process to get you moved in.

Can I pay my rent online? 
Yes. We accept most major credit cards through our secure online payment process. Simply visit the location page of your Desert Storage center and click “Pay Rent Online”, or click “Pay my Bill” from our home page and select your location. If you have any trouble, our friendly store staff is happy to help. For your convenience we also offer a simple credit card auto pay feature.

Can I store a vehicle or a boat?
We offer storage options for just about anything. Click on our “Locations” page and you can sort locations by what you plan to store on the right hand side of the page. If you don’t see the option you’re looking for, please call our location most convenient for you and we’ll find a solution.

How do I know my property will be safe?
All of our locations offer state of the art security, electronic access control systems, secure gates and solid steel and concrete construction. Most of our locations also offer door-to-door alarm systems where each space is individually alarmed and monitored. Feel free to ask any of our storage center staff to show you the details of our security features in person.

Some storage locations have air-cooled spaces and some have air-conditioned spaces. What’s the difference?
Air-cooled is also referred to as evaporative cooled. This is a process where air is blown through a cooled, damp filter and circulated through parts of the storage center. Air-conditioned is essentially the same technology as you would have in your home or office. Each offers effective cooling of your stored items in warmer climates, however air-conditioning better controls both temperature and humidity. We have a selection of storage options to offer depending on what you need to store.

When can I access my storage space?
All of our locations offer access hours of 5:00 am to 10:00 pm 365 days a year. If you have a special need for access hours beyond those we offer, please talk to our storage center staff.

Will you accept deliveries for my small business?
As an added benefit to our commercial customers, we do accept deliveries at no charge. The process is simple. Please ask our storage center staff for details.

Do I need to insure my property?
When you rent a self-storage space, you are the only one who knows what you are storing. Since it is your property, you are responsible for the insurance. Check with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance to verify coverage and any applicable deductible. If your property is not covered, ask our helpful storage center staff to provide you with information about protection options. Self-storage providers are, by contract and by law, not responsible for any loss or damage of property and do not provide any insurance on stored property.
